Our desserts are created by our nationally renowned pastry chef and owner, Gérard Billebault.

Gérard has spent a lifetime perfecting the art of les pâtisseries. Born in Paris, Gérard apprenticed in his father's bakery from the time he was a child. He moved to the US to start a french bread and pastry shop in Philadelphia before joining world famous Le Bec Fin as their pastry chef.
